Koval Statuary Commission Terms

Your written commission

These Koval Statuary terms supplement the House of Koval store terms. Your signed proposal identifies the commissioned piece, agreed specifications, inclusions, delivery destination, price, payment schedule and applicable warranty. If a custom proposal changes a catalog starting configuration, its agreed specification and price control that commission.

Payment

Checkout shows the full price of your selected commission. You may choose Bank wire or pay by card. Card checkout authorizes the full order total, so your bank may place a temporary hold for that amount. We review your order and manually capture a card deposit of no more than $5,000 in total for a commission order. The remaining balance is paid by bank wire using instructions from our team and is due before shipment. We confirm your commission details and payment schedule before fabrication begins.

Scope and approvals

Three photo approvals and insured curb delivery with the technical installation package are included as stated in your proposal. On-site crew, foundations, unloading equipment, permits and utility connections are separate unless expressly included. Made-to-order pieces are final sale once production begins, subject to the approved specification and applicable rights.
