This website and store are operated by AD VENTURE GROUP, LLC. under the HOUSE OF KOVAL brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, “HOUSE OF KOVAL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AD VENTURE GROUP, LLC. These Terms apply to your use of houseofkoval.com and any purchase from the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.
1. ONLINE STORE USE
You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its security or operation, or transmit malicious code.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We try to describe products, colors, images, pricing, availability, and other details accurately. Displays and product variations may affect appearance. Products and quantities may be limited, changed, or discontinued. Product-specific warnings, restrictions, warranties, return exclusions, handling times, and delivery estimates shown before purchase form part of these Terms.
3. ORDERS
An order is a request to purchase and may be accepted, declined, limited, or cancelled. We may cancel and refund an order that we cannot fulfill, that appears fraudulent, or that contains a material pricing or listing error. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges are shown before order submission. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
5. SHIPPING
Initial sales and shipping are limited to the United States. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Handling and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by product, supplier, carrier, destination, and events outside our reasonable control. Tracking is sent to the checkout email when provided by the carrier.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, missing deliveries, and cancellation requests are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy and any clearly disclosed product-specific terms. You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins; after fulfillment begins, the return process applies.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store may rely on or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics or advertising providers, and other third parties. Their services and policies may apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

If you submit a review, comment, idea, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that submission in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

If a material change affects an accepted order, we will take appropriate steps, which may include contacting you or cancelling and refunding the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOUSE OF KOVAL and AD VENTURE GROUP, LLC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreement for services are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
