Shipping destinations

HOUSE OF KOVAL currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing times and estimated delivery windows are product-specific. The truthful estimate for each item will be displayed on its product page or during checkout before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the supplier, carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. No general free-shipping threshold applies unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.

Tracking

When the carrier provides tracking, Shopify sends the tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, email support@houseofkoval.com as soon as possible. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If an order has not arrived after the carrier's estimated delivery window, email support@houseofkoval.com with your order number. We will investigate the tracking and carrier status before resolving the order.

Unable to fulfill

If we cannot fulfill an order, HOUSE OF KOVAL may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
