Kowal is Polish for blacksmith.
It’s where our family name, Kowalczyk, comes from. Koval is the name we chose to carry forward.
We come from people who could make, fix and move whatever the work required.
The story behind the nameWhere we come from
A family of many trades.
In the highlands of southern Poland, our family worked as blacksmiths, farmers, woodworkers and horse traders. Our great-grandfather made wheels and axles. Others repaired farm tools and brought timber out of the forests. Later generations worked on luxury cars for private clients in Germany.
The stories passed down to us were about people who took pride in their work and helped others.

VYKIN CRUSHERS
We built and ran VYKIN Crushers, a U.S. dealership supplying mobile crushing equipment to contractors and business owners.
We helped customers choose the right machine for their material and job site, then stood behind it after delivery with parts, technical support and field service.
For our customers, a crusher wasn’t just a big purchase. It was how they made their living, and we treated it that way.
