Installation support

Set right, wherever it stands.

Every commission includes a technical installation package. Your landscaper, contractor or rigging crew can set the piece with it, and a technician stays on the phone while they do. Prefer we arrange it? An installation crew is available on request, quoted for your site.

Delivery

Delivered, insured, made for your site.

Catalog starting prices include protective crating, insured freight to an accessible curbside delivery point in the contiguous United States, and the technical installation package. Your written proposal identifies the delivery address, piece, agreed dimensions and access requirements. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and other destinations require a separate delivered-price proposal.

Before arrival

Tell us about narrow roads, gates, overhead obstructions, slopes and restricted delivery hours. The receiving party must arrange safe unloading and suitable equipment for the approved crated size and weight. A crane, specialist rigging, liftgate service beyond the agreed delivery arrangement and movement from the curb to the setting location are quoted separately.

Inspect at delivery

Photograph the crate before opening, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with photographs. Keep the packaging while we assess a claim. Covered damage in transit is repaired or remade at our cost under the agreed commission terms.

Included.

  • The agreed commissioned piece; pairs and sets as described.
  • Three photo approvals: model or shop drawing, finished piece, and packed crate.
  • Protective crating and insured delivery to the curb, as agreed in your delivered-price proposal.
  • Technical installation package: anchor and pad drawings, installation guide, video walkthrough and a technician call during setting.
  • Anchor hardware as specified in your approved proposal.

Quoted separately.

  • Site preparation, foundation or pad construction, permits and local engineering unless expressly quoted.
  • Crane or lift equipment and movement beyond the curb unless expressly quoted.
  • Electrical connection, plumbing, excavation and winterization unless expressly quoted.
  • An installation crew; available on request and quoted for your site.

These items depend on access, scale and local conditions. We confirm them before your piece travels.

Setting the piece

The practical questions.

Who installs the piece?

Your landscaper, contractor or rigging crew can set the piece using the technical package: anchor and pad drawings, a step-by-step guide, a video walkthrough and a live technician call. An in-person installation crew is available on request and quoted for your site. Installation support.

How do delivery and unloading work?

Delivery is insured to the curb. Access, crated size and weight, unloading equipment and the final route into position are confirmed before shipping. Crane service, special liftgate arrangements and handling beyond the curb are quoted separately.

Can a fountain stay outside in winter?

Stone choice and care depend on the climate. Your proposal includes the relevant care requirements. In freezing conditions, fountains need proper draining and winterization; water must not be allowed to freeze inside the basin, plumbing or pump.

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

Photograph the crate before opening, note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with photographs. Keep the packaging while we assess a claim. Covered damage in transit is repaired or remade at our cost under the agreed commission terms. Read Shipping & Delivery.
