Your commission / Koval Statuary

Commissioned Pieces & Returns

Made to order for one client.

Each piece is commissioned to the design and specification you approve. Commissioned pieces are final sale once production begins; they are not stocked items offered on an approval or change-of-mind return basis. Before committing, review your written proposal, dimensions, material, finish, delivered price and site requirements.

Three approvals

You approve the model or shop drawing, photographs of the finished piece, and photographs of the piece in its crate before shipment. Any requested design change is agreed in writing, including its effect on price and timing, before further work proceeds.

Damage or a problem with the agreed piece

Final sale does not remove your rights if the piece arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved specification. Report transit damage at delivery with photographs and preserve the crate. We will assess the issue with you and arrange the appropriate repair or remake at our cost for covered transit damage.

Before production

Contact us immediately if your plans change before production begins. Any refund, cancellation or design-cost treatment follows your written commission agreement and applicable law. No general structural or pump warranty duration is promised on this page; the written proposal states the coverage that applies to your piece and components.
