THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

A clear path
to your place.

The form, the plan and the practical details belong together.

What happens after I order?

We develop your brief, present two initial abstract concepts and refine one selected direction through two rounds. You approve the final design, finish and production drawing before fabrication begins.

When will it arrive?

Working estimate: 12–18 weeks total, allowing 2–4 weeks for design plus 10–14 weeks for production and delivery after drawing approval. We agree the schedule with your brief. Revisions beyond the included rounds or changes after approval can affect price and timing.

What does delivery include?

Standard freight to an accessible curbside or loading area in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC is included. Your local team arranges unloading, lifting, final placement, foundations, anchoring, utilities and installation. Site-specific licensed engineering and permits are separate. Contact us about Alaska, Hawaii, territories or unusual site access. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You may cancel for a full refund before you approve fabrication. Once you approve fabrication and production begins, these made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right; this does not limit your applicable rights.

What about placement and care?

Consider the view, room around the piece, access for lifting and a suitable foundation. Tell us about coastal exposure or other demanding site conditions when we review your specification. Your local team plans anchoring and installation around the final drawing.

Can the project go beyond the starting scope?

Yes. Larger dimensions, more complex forms, multiple works, 316 stainless steel, water, lighting or moving components are quoted as expanded scope before you commit to them. Special exclusivity, authorship or reproduction rights are agreed in writing where required.
