We review your selected size, finish, production drawing and delivery plan with you before fabrication. Your approval of the production drawing starts the production and delivery estimate.

When will it arrive?

Made to order. Estimated delivery: 10–14 weeks after you approve the production drawing. We confirm the production and freight schedule with you. Unusual access or a custom configuration may require a different delivery plan.

What does delivery include?

Standard freight to an accessible curbside or loading area in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC is included. Your local team arranges unloading, lifting, final placement, foundations, anchoring, utilities and installation. Contact us about Alaska, Hawaii, territories or unusual site access. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You may cancel for a full refund before you approve fabrication. Once you approve fabrication and production begins, these made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right; this does not limit your applicable rights.

What about placement and care?

Consider the view, room around the piece, access for lifting and a suitable foundation. Tell us about coastal exposure or other demanding site conditions when we review your specification. Your local team plans anchoring and installation around the final drawing.
